"Come with me." Olivia purred. as she took Nick by the hand and led him upstairs to her room. "It feels so good to hold you." Nick whispered. She left a trail of warm, soft kisses on his neck. Nick's lips found hers, Olivia's kisses were hungry and urgent. Their hands roamed each other's bodies. Olivia began to unbutton his shirt, she pushed it off his shoulders and ran her hands over his soft skin as she kissed his collar bones, slowly making her way down his chest before she came back up and kissed his luscious lips. His hands caressed the body he knew so well. He quickly unbuttoned her blouse, tossed it to the floor and slid her skirt from her hips. Olivia reached for the waist of his trousers, unbuttoned them and let them fall to the floor. He took her into his arms, gently laid her on the bed and kissed her lovingly before he slowly worked his way down her neck. He'd reached the swell of her breasts when she cupped his face in her hands and pulled him up. "I want to feel you, Nick. I need to feel you." she whispered breathlessly. He slowly lowered himself down on her, the feel of her warm skin against his sent tingling waves of excitement through his body. He felt her hips moving against his, almost sending him over the edge when he felt her stiffen and arch under him as he entered her. "Nick.....you feel so good." she moaned as she wrapped her legs around him, pulling him deeper inside. "Olivia....." he whispered in a raspy voice. She moved with him, wrapping her legs around him tighter. Moans of their pleasure filled the room as he collaspsed, wrapping his arms around her and holding her tight. They lay holding each other as they caught their breath. Nick slowly ran his fingertips along her arm. Olivia smiled and leaned in for a kiss. "You know what?" she asked. "What, sweetheart?" "I"m starving now." she laughed. "Well then, we need to get you something to eat, don't we?" he chuckled as Olivia took his hand. She led him down to the kitchen where she began pulling things from the refrigerator. They enjoyed their snack and made their way back up to her bedroom. They lay facing each other...talking and laughing quietly. "I'm so glad you're here, Nick. I've missed you terribly." she whispered. "Me too. I missed you so much, Liv. I felt like I was going to lose my mind sometimes." "I understand what you mean." she sighed. "I'm glad I decided to surprise you. I needed to see you.....I had to see you and make sure you were alright." "Nick.....that's so sweet." she said as the tears formed in her eyes. "It's true. I hate being away from you, Liv." "I can relate." she whispered. "I know our being apart was hard on you, luv. I would've done anything to take that pain away if I could've. I wish I could've been here for you when you found out about our baby." "It's ok...you're here now and everything's wonderful." she said through her tears. "I love you so much." he said as he hugged her tight. "I love you too." she whispered. "You need to get some sleep, luv. We've had an exciting day with the Doctor's visit and such." "I am a little tired." she replied as she cuddled closer to him and laid her head on his chest. He ran his fingers through her hair and smiled. He was happy and content. "Thank you for going with me today." she said. "Liv, I wouldn't have missed it for anything. Hearing our baby's heartbead was...amazing." "Yes it was." she mumbled, half asleep. "Sweetheart?" he asked softly. Olivia didn't respond. He knew she was asleep now. He placed his hand on her stomach and lightly kissed her forehead. A smile came to his lips as he watched her sleep. She was beautiful. Nick closed his eyes, making a mental note to talk to Olivia about going to London with him so they could share their special news and so they could be together. Nick awoke the next morning, made his way to the kitchen and set about making breakfast for himself and Olivia. He was almost done when he heard her footsteps on the linoleum floor. "Mmmm...morning." she said as she walked into Nicks waiting arms. "Morning, luv.Hungry?" he asked as he softly kissed her lips. "Um..yeah, actually." "Then have a seat. Breakfast is served." Nick and Olivia sat down to eat. "Liv...what would you say if I asked you to come back to London with me for good? Not just for a holiday, but for forever?" "Nick....I ....I don't know. I love it here...and I love my job." "Well...I am sure you could find a solicitor position with a firm in London." "I need some time to think Nick. I worked so hard to become Junior partner just to give it all up. Don't think I don't love you, or that I don't want to be with you...I do. This is just all overwhelming." "It's fine luv.Take your time." Nick said as he opened his arms to her. Olivia sat on Nicks' lap as he held her tight. He kissed her gently and looked at her lovely face. Olivia stared into his deep green eyes and ran her finger down his jaw line...they were content just being close to each other. She kissed him and ran her fingers through his hair. "I'm going to go up, take a shower and get dressed." she said. "Go ahead, luv." Nick said as he stood up with her. Olivia went upstairs. Nick sat back on the sofa with a million thoughts running through his mind. The phone rang several times before he heard it. "'Ello?" he asked. "Hey, it's me." Yas announced. "Hi Yas." "How's she doing?" "She's doing fine, much better than she was." he replied. "I'm glad. I think she just needed you. Is Liv around?" "She's in the shower right now. I can tell her you called." "Ok, I'd love to talk to her." "I'll let her know." "Oh...Nick?" "Yes?" "I think you should call John...he was worried since he hasn't heard from you. I told him you were staying at Olivia's, but that's all he knows." "Thanks, Yas." "You're going to tell them about the baby soon, aren't you?" "Of course, but I want Olivia with me so we can tell them together. Mum and dad don't even know yet." he laughed. "Just call John before he drives himself crazy, ok?" "I will Yas. Thanks." "Bye Nick." Nick disconnected the call with Yasmin and dialed John's number. "'Ello?" John asked. "G'morning, Johnny." Nick replied. "Where the hell have you been Rhodes?" John asked. "I've been here at Olivia's." "I thought she made you leave." "We worked it out the morning after I talked to you." Nick replied. "That's good news, but you could've called." "Yeah, we're fine now...sorry I didn't call, I've been spending time with Olivia." "How's Liv? Is she better?" "She's fine and she's feeling better." "When are you coming back to London?" "I'm not sure yet." "Is Liv coming back with you for a visit?" John questioned. "Maybe more." Nick said. "What do you mean?" "John, I asked her to come to London with me for good." "You did? What did she say?" "I did....I asked her this morning if she'd move to London. She's a bit overwhelmed, it was kind of sudden, but she's thinking about it." "What's there to think about?" John asked. "Well, she said she loves her job and that she's worked hard to get Jr. Partner. I assured her she could find a solicitor position in London, if that's what she wants." "I hope she decides to come with you, Nick....I really do." "Thanks John. I hope she does too." "Keep in touch, will ya?" "I will." Nick promised. "I'm off to see Kate." John announced. "Ah, I see. Give her our love." "We'll do. Talk to you soon, mate." "Bye, John." Nick hung up as Olivia came down the stairs. He met her at the bottom with open arms. "Feel better now, luv?" he asked. "Umm-hmm...I feel like a person again." "Yas called while you were upstairs. She hinted that she'd like to hear your voice." he laughed. "Is that who you were talking to?" "No, Yas said that John wanted to talk to me, so I called him." "I miss them..." Olivia said. "Miss who, luv?" "Yasmin, Kate, John and Simon. I'd love to see Yas and Kate." "Hmmm....if you move to London with me, you'll see them all the time, sweetheart. I promise you Liv, you won't regret it." "I know..I know....there's so much to consider though." "Like what sweetheart? Talk to me." "Well, work and my position in the firm." "Liv, you could go to any firm in London and land a solicitor position. They'd be lucky to have you. I know it's not Jr. Partner, but you'd be in the Superior Courts, doing what you love." "But Nick....what about the house, the baby....everything?" "I'm sure selling your house can be done from London. Liv, I want you with me, I don't want to be without you again, sweetheart. I know you love your job and your position...But I love you and I know you love me, and we want to be together. We can be together, Liv......me you and our baby. I'm not going to pressure you or anything like that, but I do want you to know I love you and I do want you to move to London with me so we can be together." "Uh-huh...I think people will figure out I'm pregnant soon....so I don't have that much time." she laughed. "Well, so far Yas is the only one outside of us that knows."
