"They're here." Nick called to Olivia.
Olivia joined Nick at the door. He hugged her tight, gazing deep into her eyes. "Do you know how much I love you, Liv? I don't think words can even express it, luv." He kissed her gently before he opened the door.
"Liv!" Yas squealed as she hugged her.
"I missed you so much." Olivia said, returning the hug from her friend.
"Wot? You didn't miss me?" Simon asked.
"Of course I did....how could I not miss you." Olivia chuckled.
"Well then, C'mere and give me a hug!" Simon laughed as he took Olivia in his arms.
"We've missed you, Liv. Nick was a right mess without you." Simon continued.
"I've missed you guys too. I've been anxious to see you both. Why don't we go in the living room and get comfortable?" Olivia suggested.
The four of them entered the living room and got settled and began chatting a bit. Yasmin couldn't wait any longer, she wanted to ask a million questions.
"Well?" Yas asked.
"What?" Olivia giggled.
"When did you get back?" Why didn't you tell anybody?"
"I got back yesterday.......actually, it was early evening. I wanted to surprise Nick. I didn't want anyone to know." Olivia explained.
"You could've told me....I wouldn't have told Nick." Yas said.
"I know, but I wanted to surprise all of you."
"We're definitely surprised. Were you surprised, Nick?" Yas asked.
"Absolutely, but it was a very welcome and pleasant surprise." he replied as he held Olivia close.
"I'm so happy for you two." Yas said, her eyes filling with tears.
"I don't think I've ever been happier." Nick said.
"Me either." Olivia said as she gazed into Nick's deep green eyes.
"Like 2 little lovesick puppies." Simon laughed.
"Si!" Yas scolded.
"Only joking, luv. I know they're happy. I'm happy for them. Nick and Liv know I'm joking, right?" Simon asked as he pulled Yas close to him.
"Charley not joking would be a bad thing." Nick replied with a wicked grin.

John and Simon stood in the hallway. John paced, while Charley stood
wringing his hands.
"What's taking so bloody long?" Simon asked nervously.
"These things take time." Yasmin said as she got up to go to her
husbands' side.
John took the empty seat next to his wife and waited.
A few moments later Nick came through the door, flush with excitement
and tears in his eyes.
"It's a boy." he said as everyone looked at him expectantly.
"Congratulations Mate!" John said giving his friend a hug. "How's Liv?'
John continued.
"Wonderful. Really tired, but otherwise wonderful." Nick said with a
weary smile.
"You look tired too." Yasmin said as she hugged him.
"Nah....I'm fine." Nick replied.
"Get back in there, and let us know when we can see Liv and the baby."
Kate said hugging Nick then pushing him towards the door.

Nick quietly crept into the room.
"Hey you." Olivia whispered as Nick came into view.
"Hi sweetheart. I was hoping you would be asleep."
"No...just looking at our beautiful son. He needs a name Nick."
"I know. What did you want to go with?"
"Well....I like the idea of him being a Jr."
"Oh no....absolutely not." Nick said with a laugh.
"Well....what ideas do you have?" Olivia asked with a laugh of her own.
"I dunno really...now girls names I have tons of."
"Well...that does us no good Mr. Rhodes."
"I know Mrs. Rhodes...just give me a second."
"Ok Einstein."
"Watch it..." Nick sad with a chuckle.
They sat in silence for several moments before Nick spoke.
"What do you think of Aaron Nigel James?" Nick asked looking at his
wife.
Olivia looked down at the miracle in her arms.
"I think we like that." she said with tears in her eyes.
"Good...Now can Aaron have his visitors?"
"Yes. Is it Mum and Dad?"
"No...they are on their way....but there are others out there just
waiting."
"Well...go get 'em."
Nick left and a few moments later came back with John and Kate.
"Look at him." John said as he and Kate walked up to the bed.
"He's beautiful." Kate sighed.
"What did you name him?" John asked looking to Nick.
"Aaron. Aaron Nigel James." Nick said looking at his best friend.
"What?" John asked.
"Aaron Nigel James." Olivia said holding the baby out for John to hold.
"Go ahead John...it's ok."
John reached out and took the baby in his arms.
"We also want to know if you will be Aarons' God Father?" Nick asked
"I...I..." John stuttered looking down at the precious bundle in his
arms.
"He will." Kate answered for him.

Nick opened the door to the house and stepped aside for Olivia to enter
with the baby.They made their way up the stairs and to the nursery.
As Olivia laid Aaron down in his crib she thought of all the things that
had happened to get her to that moment.
"Welcome home." she said as she placed a kiss on his forehead.
Indeed....Time Will Heal.
